Ingredients for Making Lemon Banana Cream

Preparation of lemon-banana cream:
Step 1: prepare the butter.
We take a deep bowl designed for use in microwave ovens, put in it butter pre-cut into small pieces. We put the container with oil in the microwave, cover it with a special protective cover and set the time to 10 - 20 seconds. After a certain time, the timer of the microwave oven will turn off, notifying about it with a characteristic clicking or ringing sound. Helping himself kitchen towel, gat microwaved hot bowl and put it on the countertop and allowed to cool butter to room temperature.
Step 2: prepare the lemon.
While the oil is cooling, rinse one lemon under cold running water and dry it with paper kitchen towels to prevent excess moisture. Then, using a fine grater, remove 1 tablespoon of zest from it and put the yellow peel in a small bowl. Squeeze a third of a glass of juice from lemon pulp - this is approximately 80 milliliters. The remaining zest and pulp of citrus can be used to prepare any other delicious dishes.
Step 3: prepare the banana.
Then remove the peel from the banana, break its pulp into small pieces and put them in a clean blender bowl. We turn on the kitchen appliance at the highest speed and grind the fruit to a porridge-like consistency. This process will take no more than 1 minute. Leave the banana puree in the bowl and proceed to the next step.
Step 4: beat eggs with sugar.
In a clean deep bowl we drive in eggshell eggs without shells. Pour the right amount of granulated sugar there. We put a bowl of food under the mixer blades and turn on the kitchen appliance at medium speed. Beat eggs with sugar until sugar grains are completely dissolved. We devote to this process 7 to 10 minutes, during this time, the volume of mass in the bowl will increase by one time.
Step 5: bring the cream to full readiness.
Now we take a sieve with a fine mesh and filter through it beaten egg mass directly into a bowl with cooled butter. Pour lemon juice into the same container, add the zest and banana puree.
We mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon to a uniform consistency and put a bowl with an almost ready cream in the microwave. Turn on the mode warm up for 1 minute. After a while, the microwave will turn off, open its door and whip the cream with a whisk until smooth.
Close the microwave again and set the same mode to 1 minute. After a while, whip the cream again. Repeat this process yet 2 - 3 timesuntil the mass in the bowl thickens.
After we remove the bowl from the microwave, put it on the countertop and cool the cream to room temperature. Then we tighten the container with plastic wrap and cool the lemon-banana mass in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes.
Step 6: serve lemon-banana cream.
Lemon-banana cream is served at room temperature or chilled. It is poured into creamers or dessert plates. And served with any sweet pastries or bread. If desired, with this delicious cream, you can layered cakes, rolls, pies or fill them with muffins, donuts and cakes. Enjoy it!
