This is the best fudge ever! Made in the microwave and no need for a sugar thermometer. It couldn't be easier!

IngredientsMakes: 20 to 30 pieces
- 400g plain chocolate, chopped
- 397g tin condensed sweetened milk
- 25g butter
- 100g icing sugar
- 100g Oreo® cookies, crushed
MethodPrep:10min ›Cook:2min ›Extra time:2hr setting › Ready in:2hr12min
- Melt the chocolate, condensed milk and butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds till smooth.
- When completely melted stir in the icing sugar and Oreos.
- Pour into a 20cm tin and leave to set for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Tip
You can add different types of chocolate or biscuits to this fudge.
