Ingredients for Making Chicken Meatballs

Frying pan, deep plate, tablespoon, grater, kitchen knife, cutting board, disposable paper towels, blender or meat grinder.

Cooking chicken meatballs:

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.

Rinse and peel the carrots. After cutting off the ends, grate the vegetables with a coarse grater.
Divide the onion into two halves and peel. Using a knife, cut off the top and bottom of the bulb. Grind it. You can also use a grater.
Rinse the sweet peppers with water, divide each in half and remove the core and seeds. Cut the stem. Pepper must be chopped into thin strips.

On a high heat, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the carrots and onions in there, fry them over medium heat until the vegetables are softened and the onions become transparent in addition. It will take about 7-10 minutes. Now add chopped stripes of sweet pepper and fry another 3-5 minutes. When all the vegetables are soft and slightly toasted, remove the pan from the heat.

Step 2: Cook the minced meat.

Rinse the chicken fillet and get rid of excess moisture by patting it with a paper towel. Grind meat with a meat grinder or blender.
In a deep plate, mix the minced chicken obtained from the fillet and half of all the fried vegetables. Add egg, salt and pepper to this mass to taste. Mix a homogeneous state.
Roll the balls from the resulting mass. Just plucking the pieces from the minced meat and kneading, rolling them in the palms.

Step 3: Cook the meatballs.

Pour the remaining half of the pan in a pair of glasses of water with a teaspoon and add tomato paste there. Stir and bring to a boil, just lightly salt.
Gently lay the formed meatballs into the boiling vegetable broth one after another. Add a bunch of parsley vezha, reduce heat and cover. Cook yet 30-35 minutes. Do not mix! Otherwise, your meatballs may fall apart.

Step 4: Serve the chicken meatballs.

Serve the chicken meatballs hot, decorating them with fresh or steamed vegetables, with a side dish of boiled rice. Use the remaining sauce in the pan as gravy.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of sweet vegetable pepper, you can use a tomato.

- For added piquancy and pungency, add hot pepper, ground black pepper, or garlic to the tomato paste.

- If you want your sauce to be thicker, add a small amount of flour to it.
