Oven Dorado Ingredients

Cooking dorado in the oven:

Clean fish from scales, remove entrails, wash, dry. Grate the zest of half an orange. Cut the garlic into slices, onion in half rings, ginger strips, tear whole leaves of parsley. Add olive oil, zest, sesame seeds, rosemary and mix. Measure the parchment and foil so long that it would be enough to wrap the fish. Put the foil on top of the parchment foil. Put the fish on parchment. Salt fish, pepper on both sides and inside. Stuff with vegetables, put the rest of the vegetables on top of the fish. Wrap parchment tightly, then foil. Bake at 200 degrees until cooked for 20-30 minutes. Ready fish can be served with mustard sauce.
