Cooking Apple Puff Pie:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
About 40-60 minutes before cooking put on the countertop mostly always frozen puff pastry and give it the opportunity to thaw. Then we lubricate the bottom, as well as the inside of the sides of the round, heat-resistant or non-stick baking dish with a thin layer of butter, crush the fat with a tablespoon of sifted flour and put this dish in the freezer before use.
Step 2: prepare the filling.

Next, we crush the tabletop with a thin layer of flour, send puff pastry unfolded to the full length, divide it into 4 equal parts by eye, cut three of them with a kitchen knife in one piece and roll it into a layer about 1 centimeter thick.
We wind the semi-finished flour product onto a rolling pin and transfer it to the surface of the prepared chilled form. We align it around the entire perimeter of the container with clean hands so that it lies flat, and cut the hanging scraps with a knife to the very edges of the dishes or bend and attach a relief shape in the form of a rim. This can be done with the fingers or tines of a table fork. Then we spread the filling on the dough and move on.
The remaining semi-finished flour product is connected with scraps, rolled into a layer with the same thickness and cut into long strips with a width of 1.5 to 2 centimeters. We put them on top of the filling, weaving them with a net, pinching the edges of each strip with the base of the still raw dessert and proceeding to the next, almost final step.
Step 4: bake an apple layer cake.
Beat the chicken yolk in a small bowl, with the help of a baking brush, grease the surface of the pie with it and put it in the oven preheated to the desired temperature on an average rack. Bake a treat for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 160 degrees Celsius and we stand the flour masterpiece in the oven yet 10 minutes, after which he becomes covered with a blush and comes to full readiness.
As soon as this happens, we put on the kitchen gloves and rearrange the form on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop. Without removing, cool the finished product to room temperature.
