Ingredients for Making Pickled Oyster Mushroom

  1. Oyster mushrooms 1 200 g.
  2. Water 1, 5 l.
  3. Salt 1 tbsp. l
  4. Sugar 3 tsp
  5. Apple cider vinegar 50 ml.
  6. Peppercorns 15 pcs.
  7. Clove 4 pcs.
  8. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  9. Dill 1 bunch.
  10. Garlic 2 cloves.
  11. Olive oil 2 sec. l
  12. French mustard 1 tsp

Cooking Pickled Oyster Mushrooms:

Pour water into a pot, bring to a boil.

Oyster mushrooms cut without thick legs, closer to the hat, cut into small pieces is not necessary.

In boiling water add salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf, cloves, apple cider vinegar.

Pour oyster mushrooms, bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the oyster mushrooms with a slotted spoon, transfer to a colander, leave for 30 minutes, cool. In the meantime, excess moisture will drain.

Chop the garlic.

Chop dill finely.

Mix oyster mushrooms with garlic and dill.

Add olive oil and mustard, mix.

Put the rose on the edge of the dish, in a circle sprigs of dill. Put mushrooms on the side of the rose and decorate in a circle with berries.
