Ingredients for making a pie with meat on sour cream

Dough:

  1. Sour cream 1 cup
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  6. Butter 1 tablespoon (for mold)
  7. Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste

Inventory:

A glass - 2 pieces (a 250 gram capacity), a sieve with a fine mesh, a tablespoon, a teaspoon, a kitchen knife - 2 pieces, paper kitchen towels, a cutting board - 2 pieces, a stove, a frying pan, a wooden kitchen spatula, a non-stick baking dish, oven, deep bowl, whisk, kitchen potholders, large flat dish or portioned plate.

Making a pie with meat on sour cream:

Step 1: prepare onions.


First, with a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onion. Then we wash it, dry it with paper kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board and shred in 1 centimeter cubes.

Step 2: prepare the filling.


Then we put the pan on medium heat and pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. After a few minutes, dip the onion in a well-heated fat. Stew it until transparent, soft, as well as a delicate golden crust about 5-6 minutesstirring constantly with a wooden kitchen spatula.
As soon as the vegetable is lightly browned, add minced pork and beef to it. Cooking everything together 10 minutes, constantly breaking the meat into smaller pieces, and make sure nothing burns. Then season the filling to taste with salt, black pepper and stand it on the stove for about another 5-7 minutes or until fully prepared, without ceasing to loosen the spatula. We don’t lose a minute while the stew cools down, turn on the oven for 180 degrees celsius and grease the bottom, as well as the inside of a large round, square or rectangular baking dish with a thin layer of butter. Then we beat each chicken egg with the back of the knife and send the squirrels with yolks to a deep bowl. Pour a little salt there and shake these ingredients with a whisk until fluffy for about 2-3 minutes.

Next, put in the resulting mixture mayonnaise with sour cream and a little baking soda. Again, whisk everything and leave this mass alone for 5-7 minutes. After that, using a sieve with a fine mesh, we begin to sift wheat flour into it.

We act gradually, adding spoon after spoon, while kneading a semi-thick dough that resembles fat sour cream in consistency. When the semi-finished flour product is ready, cover it with a kitchen towel and put on 10-12 minutes to the side to rest.

Step 4: we form and bake a cake.


After the right time, pour into the prepared form half of the real test. From above, we spread the meat filling on it with an even layer and then fill it with the remaining flour semi-finished product. We put the formed, but still raw cake in the oven preheated to the desired temperature and bake it 45-50 minutesafter which we check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Just enter its end in the middle of the product and get it. If there are wet lumps of dough left on the stick, stand the baking in the oven yet 10-12 minutes or until fully prepared.

Is the cake baked? If so, then everything is simple! We pull the kitchen gloves on our hands, rearrange the form on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop, and let the aromatic yummy cool to room temperature. Then we divide it into portions with a clean knife, transfer them to a large flat dish or distribute them on plates and serve to the table.

Step 5: serve the meat pie on sour cream.


Pie with meat on sour cream is served in hot, warm or cold form as a full-fledged second course or an ideal addition to breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Such wonderful pastries include sour cream, cream, fresh vegetable salad, sauces based on milk, tomatoes, mayonnaise, as well as marinades, pickles or sourdough.
