Therefore, after 30 minutes we taste the chicken: if it is still harsh - continue to boil, if soft, then we take it out of the water onto a plate and leave it to cool.

To make better use of the time while the chicken is being cooked, we will take care of the rest of the ingredients. Rice also needs to be boiled, so that it turns out friable. To do this, pour two glasses of rice into a deep bowl or plate, fill with running water and mix. Then carefully pour out the muddy water and pour the clear water again. After several rinses, the rice can be boiled. Pour into the pan 4 cups water, salt, add rice, mix and put on the burner.
Turn on the medium heat and after boiling, covering the pan with a lid, cook until fully cooked for about 20 to 30 minutes.
