Step 6: prepare the apples.

We wash the apples well under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and put on a chopping board. Using a knife, cut the fruit in half and remove the seed box and the stalk from each part.

Next, using a coarse grater, we rub the components directly on a flat surface, and then pour the chips into a small bowl.

Attention: apples can also be chopped in another way. For this we need only a knife. Just finely chop the fruit into cubes and only then transfer it to a small container. Believe me, the taste of pies from this will not change.

Step 7: prepare puff pastries with apples.

When the dough is standing and increasing in size, put it on the kitchen table, crushed with a little flour. Using a rolling pin, we roll out a dense mass with a thin layer. Attention: preferably, the dough immediately acquired a rectangular shape.
Now, using a knife, we cut the cake into squares with a length of approximately 7-9 centimeters. In the center of each piece with a teaspoon, spread a small amount of chopped apple and sprinkle with sugar.

Next, add the opposite edges of the squares so that from the side we get triangles. Be sure to pinch them with clean hands, and then go through the seam with a fork. So we will be sure that the dough will not open during cooking. Attention: so that steam comes out of the pies, we can use a knife to make shallow cuts in the center of the baking dish.

When her temperature reaches 180-200 degrees, put the pan on a medium level and cook pies for 15-20 minutesuntil a golden crust appears on their surface. As soon as this happens, turn off the oven, and take out the container with the help of kitchen gloves and set aside. Let the pastries cool slightly.
