Do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pieces of beef to the almost finished potato with onion, fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Then, reducing the heat to the minimum, you need to cover the pan with a lid and cook more 7-10 minutes. After this time, remove the pan from the stove and let the dish brew for another 5-10 minutes. This should be enough to bring the meat and potatoes to full readiness, so that they can be served at the table.
Step 5: serve the fried potatoes with meat.
Fried potatoes with meat are served immediately after cooking, complementing with various sauces to your taste. Also, do not forget to offer a couple of slices of fragrant bread to the dish.
