Making avocado sandwiches:

Step 1: Preparing the Avocado

We wash the avocado under running water, put it on a cutting board and cut it in half, do it carefully, in the center there is a large bone. We get it, but it’s better to cut the flesh. The easiest way is to cut the avocado half into 4 - 5 slices, from which we cut the peel.

Step 2: Slice the hard cheese.

Hard cheese can be chopped with a grater or simply cut with a knife.

Step 3: Form and fry the sandwich.

So, we grease one slice of bread with cream cheese, put avocado on it and lay the hard cheese on top. We close everything with a second slice of bread and you can fry.
We turn on the medium heat on the stove, put the pan on the burner and lay out a piece of butter. After it has completely melted, shift the sandwich, cover the pan with a lid and fry for a couple of minutes. Then with a kitchen spatula, turn it over to the other side and fry until golden brown.

Step 4: Serve the avocado sandwiches.

Put the finished sandwich on a plate, cut it in half and immediately serve it hot with aromatic tea, coffee, homemade compote or freshly squeezed juice. Enjoy a delicious and simple meal!

- Butter can be replaced with any vegetable.

- Avocados for this recipe must be ripe. You can choose such a fruit based not only on the appearance. Press lightly on it and if after some time the flesh is restored, it means it is a ripe fruit, if the dent remains, it is a sign of already ripe, and if the dent could not be made, it means a very young, unripe fruit. Even in ripe fruit, the bone knocks slightly if shaken.
