Home-made pizza ingredients with minced meat

For the test:

  1. Flour 450 g

  8. Salt to taste

For filling:

  1. Minced meat 500 g

  5. Tomato sauce 6 tbsp. spoons
  6. Cheese 250 g
  7. Spices to taste
  8. Salt to taste

Home-made pizza with minced meat:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

We wash the egg under hot running water, break it into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, water and vegetable oil. Using a whisk, thoroughly beat everything until smooth. Then pour the flour in parts, while mixing the dough, first with a whisk, and then (when it becomes difficult) with your hands. In the end, using a teaspoon, measure the right amount of soda, pour a little vinegar so that it gets on all the soda and when the reaction starts, quickly add to the dough. Once again, knead the dough with clean hands, form a gingerbread man, put it in a bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Leave the dough to infuse 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the pizza toppings.

We clear the onion from the husk, rinse under running water, put it on a cutting board and cut into small cubes or thin half rings.
We turn on the medium heat on the stove, put the pan on the burner and pour the vegetable oil. When it warms up, put the onion in the pan and fry it until golden. Then we shift the minced meat, mix, cover and fry until the color of the meat changes from red to gray. Then add black ground pepper and salt. The meat juice should evaporate almost completely.

Bell pepper is washed under running water. remove the seeds and grind on a cutting board. Pepper can be cut into a beautiful cube about 1 cm in size or crumbled with medium cubes. Transfer the prepared pepper to a clean plate.

We wash the tomatoes under running water, remove the place to which the vegetable was attached to the plant and cut into slices, or in small cubes, or thin circles. Then put them on a plate with bell pepper.

Grate the cheese with small holes.

Step 3: Form the pizza.

The pizza dough is infused and you can start forming, but first carefully coat the baking dish with vegetable oil. We put the test kolobok on the table, sprinkled with flour, divide in half and roll out. Then we carefully transfer the test layer into the mold and give it the final beautiful look with our hands. We spread 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce on it, spread it evenly on the surface, after we spread half the minced meat, tomatoes, peppers, sprinkle with cheese on top and form a second pizza in the same way.

Step 4: Bake the dish.

Bake pizza at a temperature 180 - 200 degrees during 15 - 25 minutes or until the dough is lightly browned and the cheese is completely melted. We take out the prepared home-made pizza from the oven, let it cool down a bit and you can serve it to the table.

Step 5: Serve the pizza with minced meat.

Pizza can be served both hot and cold, anyway it turns out to be very tasty, juicy and aromatic. In addition to it, we prepare drinks: tea, coffee or freshly squeezed juices.
