Microwave Garlic Bread Ingredients

- Garlic 1.5 teaspoons

Cooking garlic bread in the microwave:
Step 1: mix the oil with garlic.
First, put pieces of butter in a glass bowl.
Peel the garlic cloves, grind them using a press and add to the oil in a saucer.
Pepper everything and put in the microwave. Heat at medium power for 1-2 minutes. Butter should soften.
Remove everything from the microwave and mix the oil, garlic and pepper well together, turning into a homogeneous creamy mass.
Step 2: prepare the bread.
On a French bun, you need to make deep (2/3 from the entire depth) cuts every 2-2.5 centimeters.
Place the oil-garlic mixture with a tablespoon or butter knife in the cuts made.
Step 3: cook the garlic bread in the microwave.
Oiled bread with garlic should be baked at maximum power for 10 minutes. And then remove from the microwave and serve warm, immediately after cooking.
Attention: garlic toast can be cooked in the same way, but instead of a whole roll, take individual slices of white bread.
Step 4: serve the garlic bread.
