Ingredients for Salad with Avocado and Grapefruit

  1. Grapefruit 1 piece
  2. Avocado 1 piece
  3. Apple (sour) 1 piece
  4. Salt 1 pinch
  5. Onion 1 piece (optional)
  • Main ingredients: Tomato, Avocado, Grapefruit, Apple

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, cutting board, salad bowl, tablespoon.

Making salad with avocado and grapefruit:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


First of all, clean the avocado by cutting it into halves and taking out the stone. Then peel and pour the remaining pulp with juice from half of the grapefruit. If this is not done, the avocado will darken. Dice the prepared avocado.
Peel the onion, rinse it with cold water and chop it very finely.

Mix avocado with onions in a salad bowl.
Rinse the apple, peel it of twigs and seeds, and then cut the fruit into small pieces.

Rinse and chop the tomato.

Step 2: mix the salad with avocado and grapefruit.


Fold all prepared fruits and vegetables in a suitable sized salad bowl, salt to taste and mix well.

At the end, squeeze the remaining half of the grapefruit into the salad, mix everything again and you can serve it on the table!

Step 3: serve salad with avocado and grapefruit.

Be sure to decorate the finished salad with grapefruit slices and start the meal. Of course, this dish will not be able to saturate you, so serving it separately is not worth it; it’s best to have it on the table as a snack or a side dish for something rich in protein. If you like the pleasant refreshing sourness of grapefruit, then such a salad will certainly please you, try it!

- Instead of grapefruit, you can use lemon, but in this case the salad will turn out much more acidic.
