Ingredients for the preparation of Greek salad on skewers

Cooking Greek salad on skewers:

Step 1: preparing a gas station.

Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl, remove seeds from the juice.

Add oregano, salt, ground pepper, oil, and red wine vinegar to lemon juice.

Beat everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous emulsion. You can mix it with a fork, whisk or place everything in a small, lockable container and shake everything properly several times.

Step 2: cut the cheese.

Place the cheese block on the cutting board and cut it lengthwise into two equal parts with a sharp knife.

Turn the cheese over and divide it across into four parts.

And then turn the knife and cut the cheese into four more pieces. You will get 32 ​​almost identical cube sizes.

Step 3: prepare the tomatoes.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly with hot water, and then dry them with a paper towel.

Step 4: cut the cucumbers.

Wash the cucumbers and towel them the same way as the tomatoes. Then trim the ends of the vegetables.

Cut each cucumber across in half, then each half into two parts, and the resulting quarters into two more. Thus, you have each cucumber will be cut into 8 equal parts, and the total pieces will be exactly 32 pieces.
