Ingredients for Herring with Prunes
- Salted herring fillet 1 kilogram
- Red onion 250 grams
- Prunes 150 grams
- Hot pepper to taste

Cooking Herring with Prunes:
Step 1: prepare the fillet.
Salted herring fillet should be cleaned of skin. Just in case, check for bones in it, and then soak it in cool water on 45 minutes.
Remove the filet from the water and dry it with disposable paper towels.
Cut prepared fish into small portioned slices, thick 2 centimeters.

Peel the onion and rinse with cool water.
