Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.


Rinse the chicken fillet with cool running water, pat dry with paper towels and make an incision in the middle.
“Open” the chicken fillet like a little book and gently beat off with a hammer on both sides. Rub with salt and pepper.

Step 2: start the raw chicken fillet.

Now put the grated cheese into the cut of the chicken. Close the pieces of chicken so that the cheese is inside. If you cut it a little sloppy, you can fix the seam with toothpicks, but I still had it.

Step 3: fry the chicken stuffed with cheese.


Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, heat well so that the chicken does not stick, and fry the chicken fillet stuffed with cheese. Cook everything to a beautiful golden crust on both sides.
About a chicken is usually enough to fry the chicken 20 minutes.
