Ingredients for Salad with Sauerkraut and Apples
- Sauerkraut 250 grams
- Apples 150 grams (weight after peeling)
- Fresh dill 1/2 beam
- 1 tbsp oil
- Marjoram to taste

- Garlic to taste

Making a salad with sauerkraut and apples:
Step 1: prepare the cabbage.
Squeeze the cabbage from excess juice and, if it is sour for your taste, rinse or add a little sugar. If everything is ok with the cabbage, then just throw it in the salad bowl.
