Cooking squid in sour cream sauce:
Step 1: Clean the squid.
Raw squids need to be thoroughly washed and all the entrails removed from them, or buy already cleaned squid carcasses. Remove the film and get rid of the cartilage plate, if any. Although now they mainly sell squid in peeled form.
Step 2: Cut the onion.
Onions should be cut into thin half rings or rings, as you like. I prefer to cut it all in half rings, it’s more convenient to cut and use it.
Step 3: Fry the onion.
