Mexican Soup Ingredients

Cooking Mexican Soup:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Canned peas, beans and corn should be removed from the can, draining excess water. Defrost minced meat at room temperature. Finely chop the onion and garlic, but do not mix with each other yet. Cut the tomatoes in your own juice into slices or take the sliced ‚Äč‚Äčones, we will use them together with the liquid.

Step 2: fry the minced meat.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and toss the minced meat into it. Add paprika and hot pepper to the meat (and do not be shy in the amount of spices, add more) and chopped garlic cloves. Sauté it all together for 1 minutesstirring.

Add chopped onion to the minced meat and sauté all together until the onion is soft and transparent. And do not forget to mix everything so that it does not burn.

Step 3: prepare the broth.

Boil soup water in a saucepan by dissolving the broth in it.

Step 4: Cook Mexican Soup.

In the boiling broth, send the minced meat fried with onions and spices, wait for the second boil, reduce the heat and cook everything for 30 minutes.
Then add the corn, peas, beans and tomatoes along with the juice. Stir everything and cook for a few more minutes.
At the end, remove the Mexican soup from the fire, check if there is enough salt, if necessary, add more salt. For added flavor, black pepper can also be added. Everything! Serve to the table.

Step 5: serve mexican soup.
