Ingredients for making chicken salad with vegetables
- Potato 1 kilogram
- Carrot 150 grams
- Pickled Cucumbers 360 grams
- Pickled Bulgarian pepper 460 grams
- Canned peas 260 grams
- Chicken fillet 150 grams
- Mayonnaise 400 grams
- Salt to taste

Cooking chicken salad with vegetables:
Step 1: boil the potatoes.
Boil their jacket potatoes in salted water until they are ready (just do not digest). Then you need to cool the vegetables (you can put them under a stream of cold water), peel and grate on a medium or fine grater.
Step 2: cook the carrots.
Rinse the carrots, peel and boil, as well as the potatoes, until cooked. Cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 3: cook the chicken fillet.
Boil chicken until tender in salted water (you can add peas of allspice for flavor). Then cool the bird meat and crumble it into small pieces.
Step 4: chop the pickles.
Wash peppers and cucumbers from brine, dry and cut into small cubes. Squeeze out excess liquid from the pickles so that the salad does not drip.
Step 5: mix chicken salad with vegetables.
Mix cucumbers, peppers and carrots, add canned green peas to them.
Add grated potatoes and boiled chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
Season the salad with thick mayonnaise, leaving a couple of spoons for decoration, and mix everything well. Check if there is enough salt and add a little if you think it is necessary.
Step 6: serve chicken salad with vegetables.
You can put the salad into the plate using special molds (just ram everything with a spoon so that the salad does not fall apart after removing the form). And for greater effect, grease the top of the salad with mayonnaise. It will turn out beautifully and accurately.
As I said at the very beginning, serve chicken salad with vegetables as an independent dish, or as a side dish for fried or baked chicken. It turns out very tasty!
