Ingredients for making potato soup with cheese and milk.
- Potatoes 5-6 pieces
- Celery stalks 2-3 pieces
- Red onion 1/2 pieces
- White onion 1/2 pieces
- Olive oil 3-4 tablespoons
- Hard cheese 250 grams
- Chicken Broth 1 liter
- Milk 1 liter

Cooking potato soup with cheese and milk:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.Rinse potatoes, carrots and celery stalks, peel and cut into medium-sized pieces. You can immediately mix them in a separate bowl.
Onions, both white and red, peel, rinse and cut into small cubes.
Grate the cheese. It is better to take a proven one that exactly melts and dissolves well.

Step 4: add cheese and milk.Add milk to the soup, gradually pouring it in a thin stream, pour grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutesso that the cheese is well dissolved, of course, it will not disappear without a trace, but this is the highlight of the dish.
Step 5: serve the potato soup with cheese and milk.
