Cooking pork steak:

In a bowl, mix the garlic, passed through the press, olive oil 1 tbsp. l., basil, rosemary, thyme, ground black pepper, squeeze lemon juice. Dip each piece of steak in the marinade on all sides, leave the steaks in this bowl for 3 hours. Cover with foil and turning pieces from time to time.
