We clean the strawberries from the tails, wash them well and let them drain until the water disappears from them.

We put a row of strawberries, a row of sugar in the multicooker bowl and so on until the ingredients are exhausted.

Let the dish cool for at least 30 minutes.

Wash the lemons and grate the peel from one.

Cut half a lemon into slices, and from the other half and the whole lemon, squeeze the juice over the strawberries in the bowl.

Add the grated peel, put the bowl in the appliance, close the lid and set the JAM program from the MENU button.

Set the time from the COOKING TIME button to 1 hour and 30 minutes and press the START button.

After 30 minutes, open the lid and remove the foam.

From time to time we try the consistency of the jam, taking a little syrup in the spoon and letting it cool, and if it thickens and is no longer cursive, it means that it is ready.

5 minutes before the time expires, we sterilize the jars.

When the time has expired, disconnect the appliance from the power supply, remove the vessel from it and fill the jars with hot jam.

Place the lemon slices on top of the jam, put the lids on and put the jars in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then leave them in the oven until finally cooled.
