I salivated one evening at Grandma's post and it was time to do it too. Very good.

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 400g Telemea cheese slightly salted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100g cheese
  • butter for greased tray

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked cheese potatoes:

Boil the potatoes in their skins.

When the fork enters them, they are ready (30 minutes) and left to cool.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

Cream mix well with eggs.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

In a tray greased with thick butter put a layer of potatoes, put cheese and a row of potatoes on top.

Pour sour cream mixed with egg on top and grate the cheese.

Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes until nicely browned.

It is good both hot and cold.
