Cooking Potato Curls:

Immediately after this, we begin to prepare other products. Cut the paraffin crust with a knife from hard cheese and rub it on a fine grater into a small bowl. We also put on the kitchen table 50 grams of butter, 1 chicken egg, nutmeg, black pepper and salt.
Step 2: prepare the boiled potatoes.
In 20 - 25 minutes check the readiness of the potatoes with a fork. We introduce its teeth into one of the tubers, if they enter under pressure, then the potatoes need to be boiled, and if the teeth enter the pulp of the vegetable gently, then we remove the pan from the stove and pour its contents into a deep colander previously installed in the sink. You should not wait until the tubers have cooled. We string 1 potato on a fork and, helping ourselves with a kitchen knife, remove the skin from it, in the same way we clean the rest of the potatoes. Then we pass the peeled potatoes through a meat grinder with a small nozzle or grind it using a food processor. Transfer the mashed potatoes into a deep bowl.
Step 3: prepare the potato mass.
In a bowl with mashed potatoes, add chopped cheese, to taste salt, black pepper and ground nutmeg. Then we drive in the same capacity 1 chicken egg without shell.
We arm ourselves with a wooden kitchen spoon and mix all the ingredients in the bowl to a homogeneous consistency.
