Cooking a side dish of green beans:

Step 1: Prepare Green Beans.

To prepare this simple side dish, it is better to use natural fatty butter and young French beans, but if there is none, then any one will do. First of all, we pour the right amount of purified water into a deep pan and put it on a strong fire. Then carefully wash the green pods, put them on a cutting board, cut off the stalk of each and remove the dense fibers.

Step 2: Cook Green Beans.

When the water boils, add salt to taste to it, put the beans there and reduce the heat to an average level. Cook beans 4-5 minutesand if they are very thin, then 2-3 minutes.

Then we recline them in a colander.

We put it back in the pan, fill it with ice water from the tap and leave it to cool completely.

Then again, we recline into a colander and stand in it 5-7 minutesto glass excess fluid. After that, we dry the pods with paper kitchen towels, put them in a bowl and immediately proceed to the next step.

Step 3: prepare a side dish of green beans.

We put the pan on medium heat and put a piece of butter in it. After a few minutes, when it melts and warms up, lower the beans there.

Fry it for 5-8 minutesstirring occasionally with a kitchen spatula. Cooking times may vary depending on your taste, some like softer ones, while others like crispy vegetables.
As soon as the pods reach the desired consistency, put them in portions on plates and serve to the table along with other equally tasty dishes.

Step 4: Serve the green bean side dish.

A green bean garnish is served at room temperature either in warm or chilled form. It ideally complements dishes of meat, poultry, fish, game, pasta, cereals from various cereals, and can also be a filling for pies and pizza. Enjoy delicious and wholesome food!
Enjoy your meal!
