Ingredients for cooking okroshka

  1. Beef pulp 500 g.
  2. Beef broth 1.500 l.
  3. Sausage "Varenka" 200 g.
  4. Uniform potato 450 g.
  5. Fresh cucumber 400 g.
  6. Boiled eggs 7 pcs.
  7. Radish 70 g
  8. Green onion 1 bunch.
  9. Dill 1 bunch.
  10. Salt to taste.

Cooking okroshka:

Pour the beef pulp with 2 liters of water, bring to a boil. Using a slotted spoon, remove the scum, cook the broth over low heat for 1.5-2 hours. 10 minutes before being ready to salt the broth to taste. Cool the broth with meat.

Boil eggs and potatoes in advance.

Grind dill and green onions, pour into a pan sprinkle with salt. Suppress so that the onion and dill let out the juice.

Dice the cucumbers, and grate one cucumber on a coarse grater. Grate the radish on a fine grater.
