Whipping up a summer salad:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


First we peel the onions, cut off the stalks of the peppercorns and gut them from the seeds. Then we wash all fresh vegetables with herbs under cold running water, dry with paper kitchen towels, take turns on a cutting board and continue the preparation. Grind the beam in half rings or quarters.

We save tomatoes from the place where the stalk was attached, and the cucumbers from the hats at both ends. First cut into slices or small pieces up to 1 centimeter thick.

The second - thick slices 1-1.5 centimeters wide.

Peppercorns chop thin straws.

Finely chop the parsley. Then, in a clean dish, rub a piece of fresh feta cheese on a coarse grater. Then, using the canned wrench, open a small jar of olives, put them on a new board, cut across the rings and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: bring the salad to full readiness.


We send chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and two types of pepper: green and red, into a deep bowl. Then we pour the right amount of vegetable oil, lemon juice into a small bowl and mix them with a tablespoon until smooth. Water the resulting dressing with vegetables and season them with sea salt. Again, mix everything and lay out the almost ready-made salad in portions on plates. In each we add some olives, parsley, sprinkle with cheese and serve to the table.

Step 3: whip up the summer salad.


A summer salad is whipped up immediately after cooking, at room temperature. It is served in portions in plates with fresh bread. This food is quite self-sufficient and does not need other additions, but it can also be used as a side dish for dishes of meat, cereals, poultry, pasta, fish, game and sausages.
